In 2022, Bryan and Owen founded Rally Department, a creative sports marketing agency, and soon took their craftsmanship to new heights by venturing into the fabrication industry, allowing them full control over their creative solutions from start to finish. Committed to enhancing both project craftsmanship and client communication, Rally Builds was born to provide design and fabrication services for the event and experiential marketing industries.

THE PROCESS

Our team will carefully craft a narrative centered around your brand’s goals and use it to ideate unique ways to bring your brand to life in a way that meets your goals and resonates with your target audience. For each of the ideas we present, we will provide a mood board and rough sketches to paint a clear picture of our vision.

STEP 1: CONCEPT

Once a concept is selected, we have the capability to take our initial sketches and input them into our layout software, allowing us to create a more precise visualization of the build, complete with detailed specifications and features.

STEP 2: RENDER

After all creative assets are finalized and approved, we will begin your custom build, carefully crafting each element, whether physical or digital, to meet your specific needs. The build timeframe varies based on project size but generally takes between four to eight weeks.

STEP 3: FABRICATION

We invite our clients to participate in a walk-through to review progress and gain a clear understanding of the overall build assembly. Once your asset is ready to go live, we’ll provide a comprehensive build guide outlining step-by-step instructions for setup and teardown, along with best practices for storage and transportation.
